Twelve ways to work with Vincent

Co-productive, person-centred nutrition support across four contextual groups — from one-to-one consultations to community Circles, ongoing programmes, and self-paced education. Every offering is grounded in 13+ years of clinical and community practice and the food environment you actually live in.

One-to-One & Couples

One-to-One & Couples

Personalised, person-centred consultations — alone or shared with a partner. Co-productive, grounded in the Nutrition Care Process, and sensitive to the food environment you actually live in.

From

£85

One-to-One Sessions

A one-hour personalised nutrition consultation delivered by video — working with you, not at you.

Best for

Individuals seeking tailored, evidence-based guidance.

Vincent takes a co-productive, person-centred approach: where you live, what is available, what is affordable, and what is culturally meaningful all shape how you eat, and he takes that seriously. Sessions blend the clinical rigour of the Nutrition Care Process with a broader understanding of why eating well isn’t always easy — drawn from 13+ years of clinical experience and an MSc in Sustainable Food Systems (Distinction).

From

£130

Couples Sessions

Two people, one table. An honest, non-judgemental look at the food patterns and constraints you share.

Best for

Partners or family pairs who share food and want a shared plan.

Eating isn’t lived alone — household composition and the people we share food with shape our choices. This session brings two individuals together to examine food patterns, family structures, and the influence of access, budget, and time on what reaches the table. Drawing on community nutrition and co-production experience, Vincent helps you find practical strategies for your real lives, not an idealised version of them.

From

£60

One-Hour Immersion Sessions

A single-topic, single-hour deep-dive. Clear, evidence-based answers — without jargon.

Best for

Anyone who wants expert attention on one question, not a long-term commitment.

Want to understand a recent diagnosis, decode food labels, or ask a question you’ve never had a space to ask? An Immersion Session delivers registered-dietitian knowledge in one focused hour — timely, cost-effective, and accessible. Designed especially for people who feel longer consultations are out of reach.

Community & Circles

Community & Circles

Group formats grounded in co-production, place, and peer learning. Built on the knowledge that food is social, cultural, and shaped by the environments we share.

From

£30 per person

Group Sessions

Small-group nutrition learning rooted in shared environments. Low-cost, with built-in peer support.

Best for

Workplaces, charities, or peer groups wanting condition- or topic-focused sessions.

Eating is social, cultural, and shaped by shared environments — and there is not always a level playing field, from food deserts to cultural food norms. Topics can be customised: blood sugar management, eating on a budget, cardiovascular nutrition, reading food labels. The group format keeps cost low and creates space for the peer learning research consistently shows is a powerful driver of behaviour change.

From

£350 per session

Circles

Community-led, participatory spaces exploring the intersection of food, health, and place.

Best for

Communities, organisations, and groups reaching people in food-insecure or marginalised settings.

Circles aren’t typical nutrition sessions. They start from co-production: the belief that people know best how to improve their own lives and communities, and should design the solutions. Grounded in Vincent’s research on place-based determinants of nutrition, topics can range from food culture and identity to navigating supermarkets and community food access.

From

£250 per workshop

Workshops

Hands-on, interactive sessions blending nutrition education, practical skills, and a conversation about food and environment.

Best for

Community organisations, charities, and groups working with vulnerable populations — group rates available.

Workshops bring together clinical nutrition, sustainable food systems thinking, and community co-production experience. Each session weaves education, hands-on skills, and discussion of the broader food landscape — practical, engaging, and grounded in real life.

Programmes

Programmes

Structured, ongoing care for people making meaningful change over months and years — not weeks. Co-productive plans that honestly account for cost, availability, culture, and time.

From

£450

Packages

A planned programme of care — initial assessment, individual care plan, follow-ups, and progress monitoring.

Best for

Anyone making meaningful, lasting change to their diet, health, or condition management.

Research consistently shows that follow-up is what sustains behaviour change. Packages combine an initial dietetic assessment with a structured rhythm of follow-up visits and progress monitoring — all co-productively designed around your goals, your barriers, and your food environment. Honest consideration of cost, availability, culture, and time is built in.

From

£45 / month

Subscription

Monthly access to registered-dietitian support. Designed for ongoing goals and changing dietary needs.

Best for

People already making progress who want consistent expert support over months, not weeks.

If you’re already moving on your health goals, a subscription gives you consistent guidance — tips, expert advice, and priority access to resources and bookings. Built for the long view, not a one-month fix. Especially helpful for managing ongoing medical conditions with evolving dietary requirements.

From

£12 / month

Membership

Ongoing access to evidence-based nutrition resources and educational content — priced for accessibility.

Best for

People who want trustworthy nutrition information without the cost of repeated consultations.

Membership gives you a steady stream of resources drawn from Vincent’s clinical experience and research — covering diet-related conditions, food environments, and practical strategies for eating in real life. Designed so that cost is never the reason someone misses out on good nutrition information.

Education & Resources

Education & Resources

Evidence-based learning — self-paced, professionally designed, and grounded in clinical and community practice. Moving beyond individual food choices to the systems that shape them.

From

£49

Courses

Multi-module, self-paced nutrition programmes that educate and empower.

Best for

Individuals, community workers, and health professionals — including those needing accessible CPD.

Courses draw on Vincent’s clinical experience, an MSc in Sustainable Food Systems (Distinction), and a working understanding of the food landscape. Topics range from eating well with chronic disease to food literacy and the food environment. Solid, hands-on, and life-relevant.

From

£395

Retreats

An immersive experience grounded in place-based determinants of health. Reflect, learn, and connect — beyond just what to eat.

Best for

People wanting a richer experience of food and wellbeing, or community groups seeking meaningful shared time.

Retreats combine nutrition education, sustainable food thinking, and community-centred wellbeing. They draw on the idea that our environment, food systems, and communities are inseparable from how we eat and feel — a space to step back and engage not only with what to eat, but with food culture, systems, and the places that shape our choices.

From

£8

Downloadable Products

Professionally designed online resources — condition guides, meal-planning principles, food-environment fact sheets, and handouts.

Best for

Individuals, carers, community workers, and health educators who need good information on demand.

Online-only and ready when you are. Each resource is evidence-based and grounded in real clinical and community practice — useful for anyone who wants reliable nutrition information without the cost or time of a full consultation.
