Success Stories From Our Satisfied Clients

After years of struggling with type 2 diabetes management, working with Vincent completely changed my relationship with food. He worked with me, not at me — and the plan respected what I actually buy and cook. My HbA1c has dropped, my blood sugar is stable, and I have more energy than I have had in years.
Adaeze O., Bristol
Diabetes Management Client
I came in feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice about PCOS and diet. Vincent took the time to understand my situation — what I could afford, what my family eats, what works around my schedule — and built a plan grounded in real science. Within three months my symptoms improved and I finally felt in control of my health.
Thandi N., Bristol
PCOS Nutrition Client
Vincent’s approach to weight management was unlike anything I had tried before. No restrictive diets — just sustainable habits, practical meal planning, and honest conversations about cost and time. I have lost over 15 kg and, more importantly, I have kept it off for over a year.

FAQ
Questions, answered
A short tour of how the practice works — fees, format, referrals, and information sharing. Anything not covered here, ask in the intake form or send us a note.
Is the first session really free?
Yes. The first in-person, telephone, or online session is free. It is a relaxed conversation about what you would like to work on, how the practice operates, and whether we are the right fit for each other. No commitment to book follow-ups.What happens in a follow-up consultation?
A comprehensive dietetic assessment — we work across the ABCDSE framework (Anthropometric, Biochemical, Clinical, Dietary, Social, and Environmental factors), reviewing the intake form, medical history, medications, blood results, food environment, and goals. We then agree a personalised plan and follow-up cadence, and you leave with a written summary and clear next steps. How much does it cost?
Each offering is priced from a starting point — the first discovery call is free, then: One-to-One Sessions from £85 · Couples from £130 · One-Hour Immersion from £60 · Group Sessions from £30 per person · Circles from £350 per session · Workshops from £250 · Packages from £450 · Subscription from £45/month · Membership from £12/month · Courses from £49 · Retreats from £395 · Downloadable Products from £8. Sessions can be in-person in Bristol, by secure video, by telephone, or by messaging — whichever suits you. Home visits are available on request for clients who cannot travel. Remote care is the default and works well for the conditions treated here.Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is required to book privately. If your GP, consultant, or employer has referred you, we will coordinate with them directly with your consent. You can indicate this on the intake form. Are you registered and insured?
Yes — dual-registered as a Dietitian with the HCPC (UK) and the AHPC (Ghana), with full professional indemnity cover. Member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Ghana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (GAND). All clinical practice follows BDA professional standards. Will you share information with my GP or care team?
Only with your written consent. The intake form lets you opt-in, opt-out, or ask to discuss this with the dietitian first. Where information sharing is clinically indicated we will explain what would be shared and why before doing so.
